It is recommended to have AD (SystemState) Backup on any domain controllers, before you use ADSIEdit.msc at anytime.

 

Then Open ADSIEdit.msc

 

Expand Configuration Partition | Expand CN=Configuration | CN=Services | CN=Microsoft Exchange | CN=<Organization Name> | CN=<Administrative Group> | CN=Servers | CN=Information Store | CN=<Storage Group Name> | right clik on the CN=<Public Folder Store>, which is requried to delete it.

 

This is only recommended if you have PF data on other servers.
